These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Junkfit, operated by Edna Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Junkfit, you agree to these Terms.
Junkfit is designed to help users track activity and make informed decisions about food consumption. The app is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not medical or nutritional advice.
Junkfit does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to diet, exercise, or weight loss. You acknowledge that use of the app is entirely at your own risk, and results may vary.
Junkfit may integrate with Apple Health to access activity data such as steps and active calories. This data is used solely to power app features and is never sold or shared with third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you sign in with Apple, your Apple ID will be used to identify your account.
Some features of Junkfit may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
You may delete your account at any time within the app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed, except where retention is required for legal or technical purposes.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm Junkfit or other users.
Junkfit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edna Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health outcomes, or financial loss, arising from your use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edna Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
